Customers can request a refund or exchange within 60 days of the order date if they are unsatisfied with their purchase. The request should include the reason for the return, such as a malfunctioning, wrong sized, or incorrect product. For returns, items must be in their original packaging and condition. Additionally, according to the Dental Studies Institute, cancellations for training programs (excluding taped and home study courses) can be made up to 10 business days before the program for a refund minus a $25 fee, or a credit for another program. Cancellations within 10 days result in a credit, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur the full fee with no refund or credit.
